CLASS INFORMATION
DETAILS: Our session will include a great yoga class geared for Tweens, teamwork, partner-work, mindful moments. and more. This is a great class for amazing exercise and boosts strength, self-confidence, flexibility and coordination. All balanced with breath work, mindfulness and a focus on wellness.
Following class, each Girl Scout will receive a yoga patch for completing a job well done.
Parents are welcome to stay or drop-off.
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring water. Mats are provided but please feel free to bring your own if you’d like.
WHAT TO WEAR: Please dress in comfortable clothes that are easy to move in for yoga.
