Classes offered:

Ages 5-8: Kids Yoga + Art, every Sunday from 11:30am-12:30pm at our studio in Fairport. Sign up below!

Ages 9-13: Tween/Teen Yoga, offered 2x/month on Sundays from 1-2pm at our studio in Fairport. **Upcoming dates: 9/15 and 9/22. Sign up below!

Ages 2-5: At the Perinton Rec Center on Mondays from 10-10:45am. Current sessions: Sign up through Perinton Rec here. **Registration now open for Fall sessions.

Family Yoga: Offered one Sunday a month from 3-4pm at our studio in Fairport. Geared for ages 2-4 plus a grownup (passes needed for kids only, adults are free). Upcoming classes: September 15, October 20, November 17 and December 15. Sign up below!

How to sign up for a studio class

🦋 Helpful tips! Click on the “funnel” icon to filter the schedule to just Butterfly Kids Yoga classes — click “All Class Types” to do this. If you are registering more than one child, you can register your name multiple times to reserve more than one spot.

Passes
Pass packs are sharable between family members and can be used at both Butterfly Kids Yoga and Yoga 170. (Eg. Mom buys a 10-pack and can use it for her kids at Butterfly Kids Yoga classes AND herself for Yoga 170 adult classes).

Butterfly Kids Yoga is coming to Risen Christ over Winter Break! This is a special opportunity for Risen Christ families (including siblings and former students!) to join us for 2 special faith-based yoga classes. Risen Christ children are invited to join us on Monday, Feb 20 @ 10am and Wednesday, Feb 22 @ 10am (come for one OR both days!) to be active and healthy (yoga style!) and share in God's love together.

Class details:

Fun, active yoga activities and poses (we'll get those wiggles out!)
VBS music and popular faith-based songs (yoga to good music is a must!)
Silly yoga-inspired games (toe-ga or yoga using a parachute, anyone?)
Quiet, relaxing moments (imaginative stories set to calm music)
Calm breathing and re-centering techniques (great for kids of all ages)
Sharing circles (wonderful opportunity for kiddos to share how they feel loved by God)

How do I enroll?

Come for one day or both days! Enrollment is easy and fast and payment is available via credit card online (check or cash as well).

* Classes are for Risen Christ students currently enrolled in the 3's program and older (due to teacher certification being for ages 3+)

Already a Butterfly Kids Yoga client? Good news! Your passes apply for Risen Christ classes. New to Butterfly Kids Yoga? Passes purchased for Risen Christ classes may be used at our studio locations as well.
