Adult Yoga: Heidi Rasmussen, RYT200
When I first met Heidi Rasmussen, I was immediately drawn to her amazing energy and friendly smile...I felt like I had known her for years! And THEN I learn that she is not only an amazing local athlete, a coach, a mom to two adorable little girls, but also a yoga instructor. All around impressive! I can't wait for Heidi to teach on July 18 and bring her passion for health, wellness and (of course!) YOGA to our Summer Tuesday series. I promise, you'll feel like you just reconnected with a good friend after meeting her in class!
Butterfly Kids Yoga: Nighttime Yoga
Join Butterfly Kids Yoga for a special nighttime yoga class in our Summer Tuesday series! Butterfly Kids Yoga's nighttime yoga is the perfect opportunity for kids to calm down and relax after a busy day. Geared for ages 5 - 12, we'll get the last of our pent-up energy out, and then we will round out class with relaxing nighttime yoga activities. PJs and a special snuggle buddy are always welcome!

PS. If you don't already know and love Heidi Rasmussen, here is a bit more about her, in her own words:
Heidi Rasmussen crafts her yoga classes to her audience while focusing on building strength, developing balance, and increasing flexibility. Her ultimate goal is to empower her clients to gain a deeper appreciation for their own bodies while also having fun in her yoga classes. Heidi also brings the gift of yoga to many student athletes around the Rochester area through her involvement in a variety of Lacrosse Organizations. (And we have to give a nod to her own lacrosse accolades...simply put, she's an amazing athlete!)
As Heidi says, "Yoga has brought so much positivity and joy into my life, it has helped me change the way I look at things, and it truly has helped me find greater happiness. I find great joy in sharing this yoga gift with others, especially my student athletes. As a coach, yoga is an activity that will help our student athletes physically and mentally, both on and off the field."
Heidi currently teaches around the Rochester area in Physical Therapy Centers, school programs, and for youth sporting teams.
