CLASS INFORMATION
DETAILS: Our sessions will focus on how yoga can develop strength, self-confidence, flexibility and coordination — in a fun and engaging way for kids. All balanced with breath work, mindfulness and a focus on wellness.
WHAT TO BRING: Mats are provided but please feel free to bring your own if you’d like.
WHAT TO WEAR: Please dress in comfortable clothes that are easy to move in for yoga.
