CLASS INFORMATION
CLASS DETAILS: Calling all 2-5 year olds! Each yoga class offers an engaging and fun opportunity to explore yoga as we develop strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and more. Equal time is spent on age-appropriate ways to breathe, ground ourselves and find calm. Weekly themes include strength, peace, love, being active, thankfulness, and more.
WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, water
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable athletic gear that is easy to move in.
PASS OPTIONS: Sign up for the session (best value) or by individual class! Parents may stay and participate for free, or children can take class by themselves.
