CLASS INFORMATION
CLASS DETAILS: Stretch. Recover. Restore. This class is designed to stretch, lengthen, and restore athletes pre or post workout. An effective yoga class for anyone who does repetitive motion: strength training; running; hockey; tennis; golf; basketball; walking, etc. Restorative techniques, subtle movements and deep stretches will improve your joint flexibility, taper and elongate your muscle tissue. Class ends with stillness. A few moments to quiet the mind and foster a restorative state.
SUITABLE FOR: This is an adult-level class that is suitable for 16+, collegiate, and adult athletes.
HOW TO SIGN UP: This is a complimentary open-house event at Eupraxia Ontario.

WHAT TO BRING: Please bring water. Yoga mats are available to borrow if you do not have your own.
