Classes offered:

Ages 5-8: Kids Yoga + Art, every Sunday from 11:30am-12:30pm at our studio in Fairport. Sign up below!

Ages 9-13: Tween/Teen Yoga, offered 2x/month on Sundays from 1-2pm at our studio in Fairport. **Upcoming dates: 9/15 and 9/22. Sign up below!

Ages 2-5: At the Perinton Rec Center on Mondays from 10-10:45am. Current sessions: Sign up through Perinton Rec here. **Registration now open for Fall sessions.

Family Yoga: Offered one Sunday a month from 3-4pm at our studio in Fairport. Geared for ages 2-4 plus a grownup (passes needed for kids only, adults are free). Upcoming classes: September 15, October 20, November 17 and December 15. Sign up below!

How to sign up for a studio class

Please visit the schedule below to sign up for a class.

🦋 Helpful tips! Click on the “funnel” icon to filter the schedule to just Butterfly Kids Yoga classes — click “All Class Types” to do this. If you are registering more than one child, you can register your name multiple times to reserve more than one spot.

Passes
Pass packs are sharable between family members and can be used at both Butterfly Kids Yoga and Yoga 170. (Eg. Mom buys a 10-pack and can use it for her kids at Butterfly Kids Yoga classes AND herself for Yoga 170 adult classes).

AGES: 9-12 yrs

PASSES: $12 studio or $10 livestream

CLASS DETAILS: Let’s build strength, flexibility and confidence! Each class will provide an opportunity for tweens to be active + mindful, have fun + relieve stress, connect + feel good. Join us in the studio or from home via livestream! Geared for ages 9-12.

WHAT TO BRING: Mask, yoga mat, water (studio). At home? A yoga mat or open space + water is all you need!

HEALTH FORM: For studio class attendees, please complete the required health form online by clicking here. This is required each time you come to the studio.

WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable athletic gear that is easy to move in.
