DETAILS: A great Tween yoga class for kids that is both active and calm. We’ll practice poses, enjoy yoga activities, work on strength, focus, and balance, and finish with relaxing moments.
AGES: 9-12 years old
WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat (if you have one) and water. We have extra mats to borrow too.
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable athletic gear that is easy to move in.
PASS OPTIONS: Purchase the 6-week session or select the drop-in pass.
