WHAT TO BRING: Just water! Feel free to bring a yoga mat if you have one, but mats will be provided.
WHAT TO WEAR: Athletic clothes that are easy to move in.
PARTY SPECIFICS: We will enjoy a fun birthday yoga party followed by a craft which everyone will get to take home after the party. 💜 Pizza and cake will be served!
