Wow. This really made me pause when a parent said this to me last week. It brought me back to the very start of Butterfly Kids Yoga and how this was the idea that started it all. I remember feeling so good, physically and mentally, after my yoga classes, and I wanted this for my kids. And so it all began!
Our kids are benefiting from yoga and mindfulness just as much as we are. I wanted to just take a moment to thank you for being a part of Butterfly Kids Yoga and for giving your children such a gift. ❤️

Little Kids Yoga + Story (ages 3-5). Wednesday, 10:30am

School aged kids get an opportunity to have fun with yoga, enjoy exercise, stretch it out, and relax with mindful moments. Sign up here.Tween Yoga (ages 9-12). Thursday, 4:30pm.
A great way to slow down busy pre-teens. We’ll practice poses, build strength, develop focus, enhance flexibility, and enjoy moments to practice mindfulness. Sign up here.Kids Yoga (ages 5-10). Saturday, 11:15am.
