Making memories and sharing moments -- with Butterfly Kids Yoga

We make many memories and share countless moments with our children. Moments can range from big and impactful, to small and sweet. Memories can be ever lasting or maybe fade over time. For all of us though, "time" is a constant. We all have 24 hours in a day and 7 days in a week. For some, maybe that seems like a lot, but I think for most of us there are never enough hours in a day, or enough days in a week. We always want more time.

How do you make time to share moments and create memories?

Have you ever made a yoga memory with your child?

This weekend at Butterfly Kids Yoga I hope you consider taking some time out of your day and creating a memory with your child. I hope it will be one that makes an impact, but even if it's not, I promise you will have fun, leave smiling, and feel more refreshed...and best of all, you will be sharing a moment with your child.

This Saturday is a special opportunity for you and your child to take yoga classes at the same time.  I've partnered with Michelle Gipner to teach an adult yoga class while I teach a Butterfly Kids Yoga class in the adjoining studio.

Here are the details for Saturday's classes (East Side Wellness Center, Fairport):
