Yoga studio moments + yoga for schools

Hi everyone,

I hope you are healthy, happy and all doing well. I realize we are all in the midst of continuous change so I hope you are finding ways to breathe, find release and moments of calm.

For me, it is (no surprise) yoga. I have been LOVING teaching the Sunday studio kids / tween classes and my goal is to continue them! I am also so appreciate for those that are enjoying Butterfly Kids Yoga online. “Miss Ali, I see you on my TV!” is really funny to hear but I suppose it’s a sign of the times :)

I am also making a conscious effort to go to class myself and be a student. Sometimes it’s to move, stretch, sweat. Sometimes it’s to breathe. Sometimes I’m not sure, but I know I always feel better after.

If you are nodding yes to any of this, I’m sure our kids are too! I hope that our paths cross soon, whether it’s at the studio for a kids class, a Yoga 170 adult class, or maybe on your TV.

It’s a new week and as I said in my Yoga 170 blog — new start, new perspective, new opportunity. I hope it’s a great week ahead for you.

With gratitude,
Ali
