Yoga camp recap + enjoy our classes virtually

Hi everyone,

From tweens to younger yogis, what an incredible yoga camp experience this year. Maybe one of the most important times for yoga and mindfulness for our kids as we navigate the upcoming school year, stress, anxiety and change.

We enjoyed yoga as an outlet for exercise, mindful movement and self confidence. We built up our toolkit of breathing techniques, stress-reducing activities and mindfulness tips that can be applied on and off the mat. And we enjoyed just being together — yet distanced.

PLEASE JOIN US VIRTUALLY
Since most of our in-person classes, school sessions, rec center classes, etc cannot happen this fall, our new On Demand platform offers you the same classes that your kids would normally enjoy in person — but you can enjoy them VIRTUALLY.

SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP RATE
We will be offering a discounted rate on our On Demand virtual program (everything described above) to any school who partners with Butterfly Kids Yoga this fall. If your school district, PTA, or administration would like to offer our On Demand program to families at a discounted rate, please have them reach out to me to get set up.

There is no cost to your school — once we partner, all families in the school would receive a special code to get the discounted rate. It’s a great way to provide kids of all ages with a healthy, mindful and MUCH needed activity this fall and it’s a great school perk!

 
 
 

 

While nothing replaces teaching in person, I hope that through our virtual classes, we can help support your child’s physical and mental wellness — and give them a way to help with anxiety, stress, use as a supplement to PE, or just enjoy the yoga classes that they know and love.
