/Boo! Our Halloween-themed Friday Night Kids Yoga Club is tomorrow night! It's a healthy, wholesome, active and fun yoga night for your kids + a parents night out for you. And, I am so excited to welcome Amazing Grains Bread Co. to our amazing list of partners. - ACTIVITIES: Active yoga class, cool music, fun games, and yoga-treats like glow bracelets + disco light yoga. Plus, extra-special Halloween surprises too! All balanced with calm, meaningful moments. Geared for ages 5-12. *Halloween costumes are welcome.

A FEW HIGHLIGHTS FROM THIS WEEK
It was partner-work and block-work galore this week as we built strength, worked on flexibility, and challenged ourselves in classes. So great to see the proud smiles and the "Miss Ali, I DID IT!" when the kids practiced, focused, and accomplished new yoga goals.
And, thank you to Heidi Rasmussen for leading a great adult class in our Yoga for You. Yoga for Your Kids. class on Tuesday night. Everyone left feeling good-good-good!
In our mindful moments, our preschool-aged yogis were captivated by the magic of the Calming Jar. We talked about how watching the sparkles swirl and settle helps calm our hearts, relaxes us, and is oh-so-beautiful. (A great visual aid to encourage calm moments.)
