Starting at 9:00am, Butterfly Kids Yoga will lead an active, fun yoga class for girls -- complete with cool music, partner and team work, and mindful moments to relax and recharge for the day ahead. Geared for ages 6+ and complimentary for all attendees!

How do I reserve my spot?
Please RSVP to Athleta @ 585-223-6045 to reserve your spot. Please bring a mat for yoga if you have one, along with water.

Butterfly Kids Yoga now offers classes at the Perinton Rec Center and the Victor Rec Center! Ages 3-5. Enroll in a multi-week session (we meet once a week for 6 weeks, for example). Enroll in Perinton Rec Center classes here. Closer to Victor? Enroll in Victor Rec Center classes here.
Select Friday nights from 6:00-8:00pm! Awesome and fun yoga. Cool music. Healthy dinner and snacks. A great way for your kids to spend Friday night! Ages 5-12.
