Hello everyone! As I flipped my notebook to a new page today, I had to smile at the quote on the opposite page. Yup! This pretty much sums up what we’re doing here in Rochester with all…of…this…rain!

Susan Allen, collegiate and adult yoga instructor from St. John Fisher College, joins our team to lead a new morning class at Next Level Strength & Conditioning. An awesome Restorative Yoga class to compliment any athletic routine! Learn more here.


THURSDAY, 6/6 at 6PM
Healthy, refreshing yoga. Then we’ll get local with samples from area Farmer’s Markets! Ages 8-13. Enroll here.


SUNDAY, 6/9 at 3PM
Special 3:00-4:00pm time! Awesome class for athletes. Instructors: Heidi and Ali. Ages 8-13. Enroll here.
