Butterfly Kids Yoga @ CoreLife Eatery ROC Yoga Feast: Saturday, February 4

Join Butterfly Kids Yoga at the beautiful Arbor Loft for a day of yoga and wellness! It is an honor to be a part of this amazing event. Together with CoreLife Eatery, there will be many wonderful yoga instructors from many of Rochester's best yoga studios at this event. CoreLife Eatery will provide healthy food and beverage samples while attendees check out yoga classes, browse local vendors, and enjoy a day of wellness! Butterfly Kids Yoga will be leading a Family Yoga session (special thanks to Michelle Gipner who will be co-teaching with me!) I am also super excited to be introducing a line of Butterfly Kids Yoga merchandise at this event (stay tuned for more details on this!) In the words of CoreLife Eatery, "Your heart will be full, your belly will be happy, and your mind will be at peace." Click for full details and I hope to see you there!

Adult Yoga + Kids Yoga: Saturday, February 11

Back by popular demand! Due to the success of our first Adult Yoga + Kids Yoga this month, we're doing it again in February! Michelle Gipner will be back to teaching open-level vinyasa flow classes while I teach Butterfly Kids Yoga classes at the same time. School's out but yoga classes are in! In addition to regular studio classes, check out what's available for school break week:

  • Tuesday, 2/21 from 10-10:45am: 3-5 year olds (in Fairport). Click here to sign up.

Butterfly Kids Yoga class @ Athleta: Saturday, February 25

Sneak peek! Butterfly Kids Yoga will be hosting a special private event on Saturday, February 25 at Athleta's store in Eastview Mall. This event will include a Butterfly Kids Yoga class, private in-store and online shopping opportunities (including Athleta's new line for girls, Athleta Girl) and a gift card raffle.
