Hello everyone! I hope the magic of the holiday season has you enjoying time with family and friends.
This week, we have several Butterfly Kids Yoga classes — ranging from kids to teen.
And take a peek at what’s going on at YOGA 170 for adult-level classes. If you haven’t been to the new studio yet, we have a full schedule right through the holidays AND several great special events.
One of the things we strive for at Butterfly Kids Yoga is to celebrate community and supporting local or eco-friendly products. So just in time for the holidays, I’m excited to announce that our new hand-crafted ornaments will be at the YOGA 170 shop this week! Super cute. Handmade. Eco-friendly and local.

Be on the lookout for our Holiday Donation Box the next time you are in to YOGA 170 for class! We will be gathering toys, school supplies, hygiene items, apparel, mittens, hats or just a small gift this holiday season to help those less fortunate.
We’ve been talking a lot about kindness, gratitude and self-care in classes recently — how being kind and gracious to OURSELVES allows us to do so for others.
The kids have really responded to this message and we’ll continue to talk about this in classes this week too. Upcoming classes are within!
