Read MoreWhat a great week! Our focus this week was on strength. And, boy oh boy, are the kids S T R O N G. Whether it was at Friday Night Yoga Club, our Girls on the Run yoga session, at the Rec Center, or in regular studio classes, I saw smiles from ear to ear. I heard many, "Look at this!" moments. And I felt self confidence building.
