Several new classes this week + full schedule

OH SNOW! If you are reading this from Rochester, NY, you know what I’m talking about! We are coming off of a super snowy weekend here — lots of shoveling indeed. Shovel, yoga, repeat! :)

This week, there are several new classes starting up. Including:

  • Heather Acomb joins the team for her Open Level Flow adult class on Tuesday.

  • New class at M/Body for ages 3-5 with Miss Emma on Wednesday.

  • New Yoga at School program for Grades K-5 in Pittsford on Tuesday / Thursday.

  • New Tween class for ages 8-13 on Thursday.

  • New session for ages 3-5 at Perinton Rec on Friday.

When it comes to a good challenge in yoga, kids are ALL about it. Teens? Crow pose or working on their flexibility and mobility. Tweens? Partner poses are their jam. Double downward dog, anyone? I heard something yesterday that really made me pause and reflect. It was during a Yoga for Athletes session with 15 strong and talented teens. I was teaching alongside Heidi, my fellow teen instructor, and she found the perfect words.
